Our Pilot Project is a comprehensive program designed to prepare the non-traditional workforce for well paying jobs in a variety of businesses. The Access Group partners with employers providing solutions that include industry specific training, job placement, job coaching, and a mentoring program which supplies employers with a newly trained workforce, historically considered unemployable.
