With close to one hundred years of collective experience, partners Tim Daly and Dick Barnard approach the subject of diversity in a unique and entertaining way, through what they call “Functional Training.” The training seminars change attitudes about people who are seen as different by incorporating real life experiences. “Functional Training” also reinforces that non-traditional workers can solve labor shortages, increase bottom line, enhance people relationships, improve hiring and retention while avoiding litigation.
